Audit Committee

The six members of the Audit Committee monitor and review the integrity of the council’s financial management including the review of internal controls. Advice and recommendations are also provided to Council for further assessment.

Finance Committee

The primary purpose of the Finance and Risk Committee is to assist Council to discharge its responsibility to ensure the integrity of Council’s financial reports, review Council’s financial performance and review Council’s risks and controls.
