As this matter is now before the court, it would be inappropriate for Council to comment on the specifics of the charges. Council will cooperate fully throughout the legal process.
The safety of children and community members is a core responsibility of Council, and we take our obligations under workplace health and safety legislation extremely seriously.

We remain committed to continuous improvement in child safety, risk management and operational oversight.
